Service Description
Small group sessions Small group sessions are designed to enhance knowledge from the one to ones. Firstly, understand more about volume and intensity, volume is the amount of work or number of reps, intensity relates to the load/weight. Built into this course will be education on the fundamental exercises, that are needed to reduce the chance of injury. Learn how to train efficiently, by condensing exercises, or performing exercises in the best way to increase work and strength. Get an insight on how to use the bar to your advantage. Sessions are set over three weeks of 75-minute sessions, the dates will be announced on the web site, and likely social media. The group will be a minimum of 4, maximum of 6 lifters. The price is £80 for the three sessions. After each session, take time as a group, decide a number of key questions you would like expending further, these you can send by email, I will answer them in more depth.
